A little thing I did tooling around with pixel stuff and animation and IDK. I wanted to make something seapunk as hell for dovne. It was fun to make but it's not real 'pixel art', it's a far cry from dithering :P

still has that classic pre-2000 graphic dynamicism :D not sure the exact term because hey what are art classes, but the arrangement reminds me strongly of it. that water in the background tho !!
