I was doing something stupid in Photoshop and it looked neat so I kept it to maybe use as a background in something. A day went by and this happened. I don't know.

This is INCREDIBLY shiny! I think the background, and the glowy/sparkly parts, look really excellent. Whatever "stupid" thing you were doing seems to have gone well!
