I drew this in Painter X back when I used to have the program. I used the pastels to draw most of it. Afterward I put it in Photoshop (CS3) at the time to add the lighting effects. I didn't think of it at the time - but I think you're right - the crayon-like scribbling effect does imply how frazzled I feel :P

Emotions have a tendency to bleed into inspiration. It's a wonderful way to demonstrate your passion in a piece without even realizing it. :)
Thanks for the info! Gives me an idea on how to replicate the effect in the future if I desire.

What did you do to get the sort of crayon-like texture on the inks? It has a great effect of increasing the feeling of stress and aggression in this.
