I bought a blank vinyl cat-shaped figurine and painted it to look like Naples! Customized mostly with acrylic paints; the teeth and coat trim are silver paint pen, and the black outlines were done with permanent marker. He's about 4" tall at the very tips of his ears.

The figure is RoseArt brand, it was kitty shaped so the tail and ears were already there.
