When Verse returns home, to the isle of Qaimusu off the southern coast of Kerlynzia, things have changed quite a bit, for sure. This song plays in memories associated of what the island was like during Verse's childhood, full of magic and wonder. It was a happy, vibrant place with lots of other children the same age, mysterious ruins to play in (although adults tended to get angry when the children wandered into them) and continually pleasant weather. That is not to mention the beaches, forests full of cherry trees, plentiful rivers, a thriving village, and the temple atop the island's lone mountain, devoted to the Sea Goddess.

Times were good for Qaimusu. This was eleven years ago, though.
