Jearic loves kangaroos. Roos seem to like Jearic, as Sydney here demonstrates.  Jearic also likes (very?) tall females. Sydney definitely covers that for this encounter being a fair bit taller than she normally is!  (Jearic is barely under 6'/1.8 meters tall. Sydney is normally 6'3"/1.9 meters tall)

So while not canon for her size, everything else definitely is going on here. (And I love size differences like this)
