Reed is one of my best friends. I think I've made mention of it before, and it's very very true. He's a wonderful guy, and has helped me out numerous times... He's very calming and soothing to be around, I find, and he can help me calm down when I get in one of my unfortunately-semi-common bad moods.

I have to handle some stuff that really gets me down...but Reed is always ready to pick me and and help me through them. Even if it means he has to take a little self-sacrifice to do so... He is truly a wonderful friend, and I try to return such selfless gestures myself whenever I can...

It's not too crazy to say that Reed has saved my sanity and well-being more than once from very bad rains, protecting my very essence...my flame, so to speak...with his selfless and caring actions. Even if he has to get 'rained on' a bit by helping me...well, he's an independent and strong-willed fellow; he's got a thick coat, in other words, and it keeps him protected. So he knows it won't bother him too much, especially since it helps protect me. n..n
