Balina - the Balbarian - Commission by Inert-Ren

Balina - the Balbarian - Commission

Inert-Ren

A VERY VERY fun piece made for Balina!

When she came to me and said "I want you to throw a lot of Frazetta on this piece" I put a big smile to the screen.
Frank Frazetta was a great influence to me when I was a teenager. He was one of the fathers of the style, together with Boris Vallejo.
If you like Fantasy Art and never heard of them, shame on you. Google it right now!

He was to Fantasy Art what Alice Cooper was to Rock. When he died, back in 2010, I never had the time to make a homage piece. I hope this one serves well.

Cheers and Thanks for enjoying, folks!

Support Artists with TIPS! (Paypal information at: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/inert-ren/ )

Small amounts will always help us to make a living, and the more supported we are, the more we'll make Art instead of looking for another unrelated Job! We don't need much, just enough to keep drawing! (Because that's all we know!)

Regarding the use of this Artwork:

If don't care about Artists, you probably won't read this.
If you do care about Artists, you probably don't need to read this.

So, this is for those who are reluctant:
I can't prevent you from using this Artwork without Authorization.
But I'd like to ask you NOT to use it this way.

Think about it. If you use pieces without giving any credit to the Artist, you will be contributing to the gradual extinction of them, as less and less, they won't be able to live from art and will have to migrate to another profession.

So, if you want to contribute with a more colorful and creative world, support Artists.

I saw just the icon on the front page and was immediately reminded of Boris Vallejo's work!
Fantastic job and an absolutely beautiful piece.
