Three days late, but hey. Better late than never, right?
When I was working on that reference for the 29th, I did this as a quick sketch which came out so adorable that I couldn't help but finish it.
William has been known to wander around in Vienna and give candy to the orphan kids. On Leap Day, he gets to go out in a totally different outfit!
Special thanks to the writers of 30 Rock who've pretty well forever changed Leap Day for the better!
