Any artists taking Team Fortress 2 Unusual Hats for art?

I've got a Sniper's Your Worst Nightmare with Disco Beatdown effect. It's worth 7 buds right now and I never ever play sniper. I'm hoping maybe I could come up with a deal to negotiate maybe a few larger commissions in trade for the hat?
