New folder added

Today I created a scraps folder. Its just a place to get used to uploading all sorts of stuff to to Weasyl as I tend to neglect putting my art online. so now if I create a piece regardless of it's quality i will up load it to my Scraps. I will also be looking over my Scraps to see if i can turn som…
