I just wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone who's followed and supported me over the years. Especially lately, money has been tight and my future has been uncertain, and those of you who have supported my work, whether it be through donations, feedback, or even just enjoying what I do passively... it means a lot more than you think.

The nature of the work I do means that I spend a LOT of time and effort on stuff that may never be seen at all. I can't spend as much time drawing and putting out art for everyone because I also make games, on my own and with others. I have so many projects going at any one time, I end up spreading myself pretty thin. I want to expand the universe of the familiars and show them living and interacting through their lives. I want to make great games that people will love. I want to make games that I can actually finish, too. I want to expand my art skills to new levels and try new things. I want to make better 3D models. I want to mod my favorite games. I want to design awesome new characters. I want to redesign and touch up old ones.

It's all a lot to think about at once. Even harder when commissions are barely keeping me afloat and I can't get a regular job because I'm overqualified. (they were right about college - I'll never flip burgers again. But only because it's not an option anymore :P) But this time of year, I like to reflect on how lucky I am to even have all this opportunity. I'm incredibly lucky to have a loving family, to live with someone I truly care about, to have the chance to learn and improve in so many ways, and to top it all off to have so many supportive fans and friends who enjoy what I do. Really, if it wasn't for the feedback I get, I don't think I would have striven to keep drawing and improve all those years ago. I wouldn't be the creator I am today. And while I still have a long way to go, I'm happy to have come this far.
