MFF 2015 DEERBRIEFING by Buck-Aye

-pro's

  • had an awesome set of people to room with that made the con incredibly fun and capable.
  • was able to meet up with a lot of furs, along with collecting massive amount of content; essentially, the con was nonstop and that added to its awesomeness.~
  • damages to my fursuit (in this case, the zipper to my full suit) were repaired expeditiously.
  • got the chance to go around and see Chicago.
  • room location was not only on site to the con event, but was easy to reach and depart from.

-con's

  • lacked the means to properly charge my electronic equipment, ie chargers, etc.
  • primary camera equipment (sony a7) kept consistently freezing up, and was inadequate to the environment.
  • should've brought my pocket camera, or acquire a new one to better record events with.
  • gas mask prop along with goggles was bulky and fogged up easily.
  • lacked proper planning for the fursuit walk in millennium park, which had to be canceled in part to a lack of handlers.

-revisions

  • bring additional camera equipment with the proper chargers.
  • create a lighter and more efficient gas mask prop.
  • prior plan the millennium park walk.

Overall, this is one if the best con's I've had in a long while, everything virtually went according to plan and utilized to the fullest. If everything lines up right, I see myself doing this event again next year.

I give this con 4.5/5~

Besides this, things have been mostly deercent, and I'll be releasing some annoucements /intentions for a new year's journal.
