A friend lent me some money, so that'll help immensely. Also, I fear it's going to be a no-go on the YCH, because I finally figured out my problem artistically and it's not a pose I need to find, but rather a purpose to give my art again. I'm the kind of artist who has to have a "backstory" to pics I do, or else they turn out ultra-bland or I never finish them. I've sometimes lamented that my art has become inferior in recent years to what it was like in the early 2000's, and this is because each picture I did back then had a backstory I could base the pictures on.

So in short, I can't just pick a random character and draw it in a sexy pose and be satisfied with the work. I have to draw a character that has meaning to me as an individual. This is also why I've been so deep in drawing pics of Inanna and other past lives. Unfortunately, though, I don't want to draw more Inanna pics because I'm quite frankly getting sick of drawing her almost exclusively.

There are some stories I worked on years ago, however I destroyed every single copy of them back around 2008, so needless to say I have some vague recollections of those stories but nothing definitive to base artwork on. I'll have to go through the memories I have and pick the stories that feel the best to me, and then I'll have to remake a large amount of the backstory before I have anything truly definitive. When I do have that definitiveness (is that even a word?) back, I'll be able to do drawings with confidence. Until then, though, no amount of ideas from other people will help at all. My art is personal to me, and this is a problem that I alone must solve.
