Well I'd just say showing some sort of proof you exist (like favoriting, commenting, coming to a stream or two, etc.). You don't HAVE to do these things of course, but they are just ways to let me know that I'm not uploading and posting things here for nothing. And it is highly appreciated if you do any of those things, ya know?
