I would also suggest KingFrieza at FA, but she hadn't posted in six or seven months when I was there--I don't know if she posted anything new since I left. There was one more person who used to do uber-cute pastel adoptables at FA, but I can't think of who anymore........

Have you checked out Oddisyn on FA? She almost always does stuff like that! If she's still around over there anyways.........
