We can't take this to court. I don't think any of us would want to put ourselves in financial trouble with all the legal fees.

I just saw this from Carenath, explaining why Phoenix forums went down. Is there some reason he can't just own up to it? Like, "I'm sorry I fucked up, I don't have control anymore." so on so forth, or WHATEVER is going on. Geeze.

So how will you guys fight back? You surely cannot stand for this injustice. If IMVU is wrongfully claiming a Cease and Desist order, you can take things to the courtroom and fight them. This is downright wrong in every way, and it simply cannot be left be.
