Hey guys, can you help me around with something?
I've started commioning artists, but the ones I follow aren't accepting them or I can't seem them to catch them when they do.
So, can you recommend me some artists on IB or Weasyl?
I'm a picky commissioner, so this is what I look in an artist:
-My budget is about $60 - $90 per month for a colored pic.
-I prefer one good piece of art, instead of several cheap sketches. Though, if it's a good deal I can think about it.
-I value quality a lot.
-The artist should open commissions on a regular basis, specially on weekends. It can be once a month, or every week, I don't really care about that, I just need to be able to catch when he does.
-I need to trust the artist, so any good experience you had in commissioning him is extremely valuable.

I think that's everything you need to know. I accept any suggestions, and when I have time I will check if I follow the artists or not.
