I'm finally gonna speak out about this before any more happens.

Nobody, and I repeat NOBODY, has my permission to have sexual art drawn of their characters with ANY of mine. At all. Period. The only times I've drawn Kiha in sexual situations with other characters has been with my ex, and those pictures have been removed from all of my personal galleries (artists that were commissioned may still have them in their galleries. That's their thing).

The ONLY person, on this earth, allowed to commission artwork of a sexual nature of ANY of my characters is my boyfriend David. And you know what? He's not a furry. He doesn't like furries. He doesn't commission artwork-- Hell before I started dating him, he didn't know art commissions were even a thing.

So the chances of anybody being commissioned for artwork of my characters with anyone else's are EXTREMELY low, unless they are commissioned BY ME. Which, honestly? Not likely to happen, again because of the whole David thing.

Over the last five months I've had someone obsessively ask me about getting artwork of my fursona, Kiha, with their personal character. Originally they wanted me to do the artwork. I told them no. They offered me $50. I told them no. They offered me $150. I, again, told them no.

They have continually gone on about how much they need this picture, how they would "give their life" for this picture, and how "that may be extreme, but it would be worth it."

When I started talking about the possibility of a YCH auction, this person noted me privately to ask me if they could still get a pic with Kiha even if they lost the auction. At first, I was stupid, and a pushover, and didn't want to cause drama, so I told them "Maybe." I told them "We'll see, if I have the time."

They apparently decided to take that as me saying that I WOULD. Which was never the case.

Months go by and they continually ask me about the damn auction. When will it be, he neeeeeeeeds this pic with Kiha so badly it hurts, when am I going to do that picture of him and Kiha...

I tried to be patient. I kept hoping that maybe, if I kept telling him that I wouldn't do it, he'd get the hint and drop it. I entertained him as long as I thought I'd be doing the auction; he was one of the only people interested, he'd already offered me pretty high amounts of money for this sort of artwork, so I figured he'd be my only chance at getting anything out of the auction. I needed the money-- Hell, I still do.

Tonight, after almost a month of no contact since I posted that journal stating that I was likely going to be cancelling the auction because my laptop is more fucked up the ass than I'd thought and drawing with a mouse was too painful for whatever pennies I'd likely scrounge up from the auction to be worth it, he notes me. Asking if I would let him go to another artist for a picture of him and Kiha.

I told him no.

He offered me $300 fucking dollars.

Now, in the last month it's come out that he's notorious for being a problematic commissioner, especially with payments; owing a significant amount of money to one artist while hanging around on the FAF BEGGING for more artists to commission, then actually going back to the artist he already owes with excuses about buying new artwork, even a videogame console, and how that came before that artist's payment.

I called him on it. I asked him about his history, told him I'm skeptical that I'd even see a cent of that if I gave him permission-- After all, he could say he'll pay me, go commission his stupid furry porn of my fursona, and then come up with excuse after excuse for why he can't pay.

This is what I got back:

Well a couple of things have gone months without payment because there's a couple of artists I owe money from a few months ago. I can't remember who they are so I don't know how to find them and they never replied back like I expected long ago. I also have a problem where I'm so addicted to getting pics that I always wind up getting more than I have to spend. I've tried several times to back off. It worked for a little while, then just getting out of hand again before long.

At that point I told him to stop messaging me, that he can't commission pictures of Kiha, that I've been patient with him but now I'm done.

So yeah, I'm posting up this journal as a head's-up, especially since there's been an influx of people commissioning questionable fetish art of others' characters without their permission:

IF ANYONE SEES ANY NEW ARTWORK SUBMITTED OF ANY OF MY CHARACTERS PAIRED WITH ANYONE, SEXUAL OR NOT, PLEASE, PLEASE NOTIFY ME.

I'm on hella pain meds right now and really, really not in the mood for this, so yeah. Whatever. Here you go, have an angry journal. Done being a pushover about this, now I'm putting my goddamn foot down.
