Welcome FHL Commissioners, GMs, Agents, Players and Fans! Due to a mix of events over the past couple weeks, we thought it best to post an Off-Season Update. So, without further ado, here is your FHL Off-Season Update for Monday July 27th, 2015.

GM POINT EXPENDITURES OPEN

As was noted in the original journal, starting today, all GMs are allowed to spend points for their players, so as to make sure they are improved with team direction, should they have not spent their own points yet. This does not mean Player's Agents cannot send it spending lines however, and any player submissions until the deadline will override a GMs choice. All spending is due by August 7th, 2015, and any player who still has XP available after that time and has not elected to save it will have their GP spent for the player under commissioners direction.

GM REMOVAL IN BRIDGEPORT

Due to a reported incident that occured the weekend of the 20th, the commissioners have found Croco to be unfit to GM a team for the League. Due to this, we are removing him from his position as GM of Bridgeport. D.L. Leonine will be taking his place, and is currently in the process of moving the team to the Raleigh area.

SEEKING AN ASSISTANT GM

Due to the events occuring with Bridgeport, the change in GM at soon to be San Antonio, and other requests for AGMs within the league, the FHL is currently seeking for someone to fill in the position of assistant general manager for a team.

Duties include:

-Setting team lines when the GM is unavailable
-Working as backup for GM for Injuries or other issues
