I spent some time to meditate. About 17 minutes actually, using a pre-recorded session found on YouTube and well... I feel much better. I barely got past the "relax your whole body" part but that seems to have at least helped my moods if not my motivation.
Still, ad hoc relief is ad hoc. I wish I could strike at the root of the problem and be happy again.
