I hope Weasyl gets rid of the need to click "View and manage Submissions" button in order to clear submissions. I also really like the DA feature of "remove from messages" on each item, but simply allowing a user to manage submissions on the first page would be very nice. A "Remove all" or "Check all" would be nice, but that functionality is still here in the form of "Invert Selection". That's not very user-friendly, though.
The 800 pixel limit for display of submissions. Why? It's so small. At least provide an option for full view so that I can see the full-sized submission on the same page as the comments and such. Don't make me click "Download", please.
Things I like:
The banner. It seems silly, but it adds color to each person's page. I really like the look of my page. This is pretty minor, but yeah.
Gallery folders. DA has this too. I really, really wish FA had it. I need to separate my photography, my poetry, and artwork done of me. I don't want multiple accounts. Gallery folders are great.
Things I'm unsure of:
Collections. First of all, the commissioner needs a way to automatically request an image be offered rather than having to note the artist. Second, there needs to be a way for the commissioner to add their own comments about the picture other than just in the comment section. It's possible that if I start really using Weasyl, I might just start reposting artwork of me. Thankfully, gallery folders make this nice.
Favorites. Weasyl could use folders for favorites like DA has. This is a very nice feature.
It's elegant, but not very intuitive. It makes the user think "how do I select all?" rather than simply providing a "select all" item. So from a usability standard, it isn't ideal.

Well, mostly agree with everything... except maybe for the invert selection thing. It's very simple and elegant solution in my opinion.
When it comes to buttons, I'd also change another thing - consistency. On submissions management we have "invert selection" and "remove selected", while on journals/comments page we have "check all", "uncheck all", "remove selected", and yet something more I can't remember now. Weasyl guys should choose one setup and use it on all pages instead of mixing it all up.
