Weasyl is now my main Art site by anjel

I am done, fucking done, with FA. I was a long time ago but kept being pulled back because my fox mate still uses it to post his art. But after this latest fiasco with the horrible porn ads I refuse to use that website anymore. Not even after 10 years. Not even with ad block. So yeah I'm going to start being more active on weasyl from here on out. If there is something that you want to show me, show it to me on here. I'll only fave and look at things on here. I hope to see more comments on my art and journals if I give them in return.

      yeah that website is just terrible and this was the final straw in a pile of final straws.

    I've bailed on it, too. My most recent commission is for stuffed animals going into a nursery. I don't need people to find my on FA. :/ Thankfully, I don't have an account with this username there.

      Yeah I mean with the porn ads there isn't even the attempt to seem like a safe space for ppl with families or minors. Plus those porn ads were so offensive towards women it made me rage

        I didn't see the ads so at first, I was confused why everyone was mad at FA until I saw it on another group somewhere showing all the images. Oh my gods, NO. No trashy porn. Ugh. Sex positive is cool, but like you said, families and minors. It was so disgusting. I waited a few days to find artists with journals saying they were in other places and then disabled my account last night.
