Winger by Aldin

What more do I need for the subject title. Others have covered his death.

My first encounter with his art was back in the days of alt.binaries.furry.blahblahblah.

Talented artist, though not my thing. My reaction, similar to others, but the WTF in my case was along the lines of "How could s/he be conscious with the amount of blood needed to do that?"

Artwork that produces a similar reaction to coming upon a multiple car pile-up on the interstate--you don't really want to look too closely for fear of seeing something you'll regret seeing, but you still slow down and stare as you pass by it.

Not all of his art was like that. I recall a series of "Trouble Being Furry" comics. One was "Problem # (can't recall the number): Misunderstanding Slang"

It depicted an anthro male and female squirrel, naked, female well endowed, but not as endowed as he was better known for. Male is holding his privates with his eyes closed and excruciating pain showing on his face/muzzle. Female is looking up at him with a very innocent look and is saying, "Well, you said they were your nuts and you stuck them in my face. What else was I suppose to do?"

RIP, Doug Winger

I sure remember him from the 90s. Are there any specifics out there on the internet about the cause of his passing?
