Lovepaw Custom Creatures Terms of Service (TOS):[/u]

• You must be over 18 to request a commission for yourself.[/u][/i]  If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian will need to contact me on your behalf to agree to my Terms of Service and approve on the behalf of the minor.
  ~You need to have your parent/guardian approve of your commission request and quoted price before you have them contact me.
  
• Upon sending payment, you are therefore agreeing to the TOS.
  
• Any falsified information (specifically referring to, but not limited to: age) will result in the termination of sale; you will be given a refund of everything excluding the deposit amount, and the product will be mine to do as I please with, which may be refurbishing, reselling, etc.
  
• Construction of the suit will begin only after a down payment is made.
  
• NO personal information given to the buyer for the purpose of communication, sale, or any other reason shall be given out, traded, or sold online or offline for any reason.
  
• I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
  
• Only the commissioned item(s) are included in the final price.
  
• You must have an original reference sheet, made by either you or some you have commissioned to make one for you. This means that you can't just pull an image from Google and ask me to make it for you.
  ~If a reference sheet cannot be provided, a VERY detailed description of the character wanted must be provided, but if this occurs, certain aspects of the suit may vary.
  
• A duct tape dummy (DTD) is needed for a fullsuit. Buyer will be responsible for shipping.
  ~Duct tape dummies must be sturdy. If the dummy is unusable when it arrives to me, I will require you to make another to send.
  ~I do not send back duct tape dummies after I am finished with the project.
  
• Changes made mid-construction will require a fee, unless waived under acceptable circumstances laid down by the builder.
  
• There is a 6 month warranty on your suit is something breaks. Commissioner is responsible for the shipping fee.
  
• Repair warranty can be voided on these terms:
  ~if costume has been modified in anyway.
  ~if sent back stained, smelly, or unclean.
  ~washed or cleaned incorrectly
  ~rough activity that does not fall under the category of general wear and tear activities, including, but not limited to: LARPing, tree climbing, sport activities, anything involving mud and dirt, and acrobatics.
  
• I am not responsible for any injury that may or may not have been caused by the costume.
  
• If customer backs out of buying, whether the item is finished or not, I maintain the right to sell it.
  
• Unless a specific deadline is given, actual date of completion may vary.
  
• If you have a deadline/convention/event you want to bring your commissioned item to, please let me know the date of said event ahead of time so I can get your item to you in time![/i]
  
• Quote price may change after 2 months if no down payment is made within that time.
  
• Pieces that are created for customer will be held for up to 1 year. If contact is not made within that time length, it will be sold or auctioned off with no refund.
  
• I will send out the item(s) agreed upon only after the full price of the item + shipping has been sent, otherwise, the items will be held until the amount agreed upon has been paid.
  
• Once the item is shipped, I am no longer responsible for it, as it is no longer in my possession.

Payment:[/u]

• I accept Paypal, concealed cash [at your own risk], or Chase Quickpay [bank transfer] for US customers only.
  
• Payments must be made in USD.
  
• At least 30% of the quoted price is due upfront.
  
• Commissioners on a payment plan have the option of weekly, biweekly, and monthly payments; please specify what timeline you want and on what dates the payment will be sent.
  
• On payment plans, I will accept no less than 100$ per month. I believe that fursuits are a luxury item. If you cannot afford at least 100$ per month, think about saving up for one in the future.
  
• ***A late fee will be charged for missed payment.*** You will be charged an additional 10% fee of the payment plan increments [example: biweekly payment of 50$ agreed upon; now late: a 5$ fee will be added; you now owe 55$ for that late biweekly payment].
  ~A one to two day delay is fine if you warn me ahead of time; any delay more than 3 days is not.[/u] I understand that sometimes life happens, but I also have things in my own life that I need to take care of, too. If you need to discuss a late payment [out of town, etc.] please notify me at least 2 weeks ahead of time. I will give one 3-day grace period, but if that is passed, the fee will be added on.
  It is your responsibility as a customer to remember your payment dates;[/i] I cannot always remember to send reminders, nor do I enjoy doing so. Thank you for understanding. c:
  
• If payments are continually late, I will refund all money [excluding the deposit] and will be forced to decline your commission request.
  
• Currently, I am not offering any refunds on finished work. I will in the future, but not at present.
  - Shipping is NOT included in the quote price!

Courtesy Request:[/u]

• I will try my best to send progress photos ever 1 to 2 weeks. Excessive messages (aka "Spamming") sent to my Inbox asking about the status of your suit is not okay. Please limit your messages.
  
• I do not give away free things to friend or give "Friend Discounts", so please do not attempt to become my friend with those goals in mind.
  
• Please do not attempt to haggle with me on my prices. I do my best to price my items fairly for quality and amount of work that I put into them. If you have qualms because "X-user prices their items much lower than yours!", then, by all means, take advantage of their great deals.
