I asked this over at FA to no avail so I'm going for try number two here.
I've been thinking of doing YCH auctions or YCH commissions lately and I was wondering a few things before I started so let's list them
Are there any specific rules that the artist needs to follow other than a. not tracing a pose and selling it and b. knowing how to deal with problematic situations? (like if I have a set of pre-posed commissions and two people want the same one is it basically just first come first serve, how do I make my rules, etc)
Is there a generally accepted duration for a YCH auction or is it really just up to however long I want it to last?

And would anyone be interested?

Feedback would be immensely appreciated because I want to be fair to everyone and have a good time with these, and I'd also like to avoid people taking advantage of the fact that I'm new to it. I'll probably add more questions to this as I think of them. THANK YOU ALL
