We have groups of admins in different skype calls to have discussions amongst each other, to ask questions about gameplay stuff / rules, and to hangout on the occasion.

We look for friendly people, active people as in active in games or in chat or such. You don't need to know every little thing about the game you're applying for, but it does help!

-Looking out for massive RDM'ing without going overboard on threats

While killing is apart of the game, unless it is literally apart of the player's character mission set, it doesn't need to happen and could affect gameplay in a negative way
