So, my ex wife remarried in 1 year and 2 months. by Cani Lupine

It took her only 9 days to hook up with her roommate, 9 months to become engaged, and 5 months to make it legal. Inb4 she gets pregnant and falls into her mother's footsteps. (Her mom and dad got married 3 months after they met, had two kids, then divorced.)

It's actually kind of insulting how quickly I was replaced. Before we moved apart, she said she wouldn't let me go so easy, that she'd find a way to follow me out east. But, that all changed after we moved apart. It really makes me wonder if she was lying to me half the time, but then I realize that would take intelligence and planning, and remember that she's just an idiot.
She's a follower, and does what other people tell her to do. She doesn't think for herself. Basically, her role in our marriage was a cum dumpster. Never contributing to the relationship, never helping to build our lives up, just physically present and following whatever I decide, too dumb to actually do anything right on her own.

Before someone says it, no, I'm not mad. I'm just questioning why I married her in the first place. I deeply loved who she was when we first got together, but the Navy killed the girl I loved and left behind a shadow. What I should have done is just tell her that it's me or the military and left her when she abandoned me.

But hey, not my problem anymore. If she wants to be some gross overweight neckbeard's cum dumpster, I'll just point and laugh while I'm building a successful life. :D

Maybe it's a hint on the fact YOU should move and on forget her

One does not simply forget someone you spent 7 years of your life with.

I commend you for sticking it out and being strong though all that. Sicking with someone you loved despite the distance and pain. It may have ended out "bad" but you came out to be the stronger one in the end. You showed strength and resolved and devotion. And she does not deserve your attention.

I mean no insult to you commenting in this and I hope I do not insult you in any way. :)

Nah, you're good. :) I tried to stay with her as long as I could, since I did make a promise to be together for life, but that was the one promise I just couldn't keep. I needed distance, and did plan on bringing her out after I sorted out my own issues, but she didn't even give me the chance.

She should have. There are not enough devoted and kind people out there like you.

It's her loss. Now I'll just wait for the right girl to come around. :)
