One of my favorite movies of all time came out. A Goofy Movie is a story involving a cast of characters that I already dearly loved, owing to the cartoon Goof Troop, so when this movie first came out I was really excited to see it. It became one of two movies that, to this day, I still call my favorite. I watched it several times over the years, even going so far as to risk getting in trouble as a kid, because I would stay up late at night, just so I could watch it again.

This movie also was responsible for me meeting my closest and dearest friend Dipper . The story behind that can be found here. If it weren't for that movie, I wouldn't have had the chance to meet him. The friendship that we've had has grown in many ways over the years, and I'm thankful for that friendship every day.

Over the years, I've bought both movies, taped all the episodes of the cartoon series, and even learned how to imitate Goofy (and, to a slightly lesser extent, Max). I also, at one point, had the ENTIRE script of 'A Goofy Movie' memorized by heart, to a point where I could watch the movie on mute the whole time and go through the entire script. Yeah, I was that into it. I even wrote a few fanfics in the past.

Twenty years ago, I watched a movie that brought out my 'Goofy' side, and, to this day, I'm still glad for it.

Also, as a dedication to the 20 year anniversary, my dear friend timidgrizzly made here, so I now have yet another wonderful memory tied to this wonderful movie.
