First journal entry, woo!

Hi.

So I'm here now on Weasyl, still trying to get my bearings, after so long on FA it feels like I've entered the twilight zone - since I grew up with deviantart, and FA used the very early Deviantart layout for sharing art and other creative things. I felt like I was sticking my toes in some cold water when first exploring this site, but now I think I'm getting used to it. I'm Canadian after all, sometimes we just have to dive right into ice cold glacial water right in the middle of summer, for fun.

Things seem sort of dead here compared to FA, part of the reason I regret leaving there is because of the broad base of fans I had built, and viewers, but I'm happy that people followed and watched me on here, so I hope to contribute to this growing community.

From hence forth, I will comment as I view for the most part, I think it's a good thing to do, it supports the artists, and builds relationships and community.
