It has come to our attention that the "Natsumi" figure is, in fact, an unlicensed and pirated re-cast of a design offered by another artist.

When we were approached by the person offering to sell us the figure, that person assured us that they had legitimate rights in the figurine and that it was an original work. We were unaware that this was not true, and had we known, we would not have ever entered negotiations with the person.

We are currently taking steps to attempt to get our money back from this person. Regardless of the result, we will not be selling any of the figures. This represents a significant financial loss to us, but it would be a greater loss to support this sort of piracy.

We apologize for this, and will take steps to be more diligent in the future.
