Since the last photo posted, I've installed a set of Tein lowering springs, direct from Japan, and it looks WAY better lowered. Besides looks, the main reason for installing them, handling, is vastly improved. Body roll is greatly reduced, and it feels firm, but not jarring. Soon I'll be installing a front strut tower brace to help stiffen things up. I still need to get a better front air dam on that isn't made with coroplast, though. It does wonders for stability on the freeway when the speed limit is 70.

Work wise, I'm a certified Tech 1 now, and my boss wants to send me to Tech 2 classes already. I'm hoping to learn more about suspensions and how to perform alignments. With the Tech 2 position comes commission-based pay, so I have the potential to make more money if I get enough done during my shifts. Trade-off is I stand to lose income on slow days through a lower base pay.

On personal matters, in 3 days (March 4th), it'll be a year since my divorce was finalized. This past year has gone by surprisingly fast. I've been taking this time to focus on getting my own life in order (and not jumping on the first body to show interest like my ex), so when the time comes that I meet someone I fall in love with, we can both build on each other and lead much more successful lives. I have a few girls who I know would say yes if I asked them out, but my heart is closed off for now. It'll let me know when it's ready, but for now, I'm living life for myself. :)
