There's no telling just yet, but as of this post I just recently applied for a place near where I live. I have a bit over 7 years of experience for the position I applied for, plus 1 year and some odd months at two other, harder jobs I've worked in the past. It helps to have some experience in what you're applying for. The position opened up only 8 days ago!

If I'm hired, I know I won't be making over $1,000 a month, which is the threshold for me to still keep my SSI monthly check going, but I still might make good pay. Still might experience a drop in food stamps come evaluation time again, but thankfully THAT came only just recently.

Here's hoping that I'll be able to snag a job and have a source of income other than my disability money! :D
