Less than a week left in the month.

Current commission: Mikaness. 60% finished--background flats in progress. Will shoot for getting this commission 100% finished tonight. Mikaness has a deadline on this picture that I'm going to meet, so that's why this one isn't waiting.
Soon as I'm finished with Mikaness's pic though, I'm going to be moving onto my 2 week Pet Project production plow.
There will be an added challenge of a quick trip to Canada being thrown into the mix DURING that 2-week period. It will only be an overnight stay, but chances are I will actually lose a day or so of production time. I'm going to actually USE that however, as a HARD experiment because frankly, delays DO happen in real life where I won't be able to work. The test will come in finding out if I have the ability to take the distraction and STILL manage to finish the work to keep production happening. If I have to stay up late a few days to catch up on work, so be it. That's the life of a professional artist.
I will also post daily production updates before I go to bed so I can keep track of what I need to work on to make my speed faster.
My ultimate goal?
2 pages a week/1 page every 3.5 days. I'm essentially doing the job of 4 people by myself. I'll admit, I'm not much of a letterer, but I've got everything else under control, I think.
I would hope that 8 pages a month would warrant a $1 monthly Patreon pledge, as that's 1/3 of a comic... finishing a 24-page comic would take me 3 months... or $3.
I know it's a pretty lofty goal... to get 1500 of my (roughly estimated) 4500 watchers across FA, SF, IB, and WSL to all donate $1 a MONTH to allow me to bring you guys a quality furry comic, but I've got to take this chance, just like I've GOT to prove that I can deliver more than just 4 pages a month if I work full time on this.

Speaking of the comic
After doing some more research, I realized a few things:
1) The wooper girl should only have ONE set of branches on her headfin thingies, being a female. This will be corrected.
2) Woopers live in COLD fresh water. She won't be from Hawaii anymore. More than likely, she'll be Canadian. I'll be changing her name from Ailani to Becca. It's for the best, anyway. Don't need two Lani's in the comic XD She'll still be BFF's with Lani, though.
3) I was originally going to have Becca be trained in capoeria, given her flighty personality, but looking at Wooper stats, Woopers aren't exactly quick. She'll instead either be more of a grappler and hard striker, something more suited to kyokushin karate or sambo.
4) Apparently Wooper skin is slippery and slimy, and potentially poisonous. The guide says that the poison causes shooting pain, but the anime didn't include that at all. I'm going to split the difference and say that prolonged exposure to her skin CAN cause paralysis if she wills it to. Becca will have a paralysis fetish in bed, keen to immobilize her lover while she has her way with him, making him cum over and over in her until she's satisfied. Kinky girl ;3
