I wonder if I should sell my fractals the same way people sell adoptables over at DA by AndiGreyScale
The owner would have all rights to the fractal, and I'd send them the raw fractal (Chaotica renders them out as .png images) and they can do as they want with it.
I don't think Patreon is the right path for me. At least for now anyways.

Edit: I can do some in different sizes. Like 8889x5000 as the biggest (my 9955x5600 takes forever to render, so going a little smaller may be good) 8000x4500, 6222x3500, 3840x2160 aka 4K and 2560x1440. Just example sizes, may do some at 21:9 resolution but nothing bigger than 4K due to the width being so wide, therefore longer render times compared to my typical 1920x1080 ratio.
I can even turn some into patterns just to show one technique the new owner can use it with.

I wonder if you could also maybe purchase a P2U base, put your fractal over it, add a few little details here and here and viola!Good luck with it though, it sounds like a really awesome idea <3

It's like a pet/animal/human base that you'd pay to use. For example: http://theshadowedgrim.deviantart.com/art/Cerberus-Lineart-P2U-467177695
That lineart is P2U and pretty much only costs $1 to use as many times as you like. All you have to do is color the beastie and you can resell them.Some P2U artists have certain rules about whether you can sell for DA points, or real currency, but that cerberus adopt can be used for pretty much anything. =)

Oh I see! So I can like, use the P2U base as an example of what someone can do with their new fractal universe? =) Is that what you mean?
I do like the P2U concept. I really need to check out DA more, maybe start uploading my work there again.

I do like P2U, and that could be a good direction. Usually people will make P2U's fairly cheap and on DA there is an earnings page where you can convert your points obtained into $$$ and withdraw it to your paypal.

When I look at your fractals I sometimes see fantasy-like settings, so perhaps you could adopt them out as like universe adopts? tries to think
