Marvel & Sony 40/60 Deal by Wyldfire7

So I guess Marvel is trying to work out a deal with Sony to be able to use Spiderman in their Marvel Cinematic Universe. This deal that is rumored to be called the 40/60 deal.

Marvel gets 60% profits
Sony gets 40% profits and merchandise

So if this deal gets approved within the next few weeks, Marvel was going to have Spiderman make his appearance in Captain America: Civil War.

What would be a cool way to introduce this character? And if they do, I swear they better not ruin it by putting him in the trailer. I hate when they completely ruin a movie by putting the plot twist in the trailer.

i.e. How to Train Your Dragon 2. They revealed his mother was still alive in the trailer...

So what are your thoughts on this? How could they introduce Spiderman? I think it would be cool if Captain America and Iron Man were fighting and this kid was in a blast zone and Cap saved him and asked the kid his name and he was like "Peter.. Peter Parker." Oh man, that would just be a huge twist.

    I don't like the new spiderman so I don't really want him in the movie. I liked the Captain America movie better than any spiderman movie actually. I normally don't watch movies especially marvel and dc since they love ruining childhoods and making money from it.

    I think the plot twist for TTTYD2 was Stoics death. Never even referenced in the trailers. I sure as hell did not expect it :<

      Andrew Garfield was fired. So this would be a brand new Spiderman character.

      Marvel is the only one who's actually doing it right. Sony is doing it for the money. That's why they are being iffy about letting Marvel use Spiderman but since their last movie bombed, they might.

      And since Sony fired Andrew, that means they are going to have ANOTHER reboot. Ultimate Spiderman. I think they should just give him back to Marvel.

        Why can't they just make a correct movie? All the Spider man movies were trash non of it was real accurate. The first one wasn't -too- bad but it had alot of screw ups too.
        I just hope they can one day make it right because I'm tired of seeing my favorite heroes getting screwed with their movies.

          I liked the second one where he lost his powers.

          But the problem is Sony. They are doing it for the money. Marvel Studios is doing it for the fans.

          Marvel made like 30 billion dollars (I think) in their ten movies they made. And they have 10 more planned in just the next three years alone.
