For those who do not know, Ello is a social network in development (yes, it is still in beta) which has promised to keep itself advert-free, to the point of even becoming a Public Benefit Corporation to ensure that anyone purchasing the company could not place ads on the site. Instead, they plan on selling access to premium features later on, in order to pay for the servers and such. It is a rather nice community, focused mostly towards artists and creators so far.

They also have a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, threats, doxxing, and the like. You can read the rules here, but in my humble opinion, it is the perfect ruleset for someone like myself.

I have 21 invites remaining of my original 25, though my friend the beastrunt still has all 25 of its invites remaining and is willing to give them to others who wish to join.
