Timberwoof is a Space Cadet! I'm writing stories on a world of anthropomorphic wolves. Their culture is at late Renaissance/Enlightenment and they have just made contact with the interstellar civilization. If you have a great tradition of seafaring navies, how do you go into space?

I have published a few stories that came out of my NaNoWriMo effort this year. One of the stories has grabbed my interest and seems worth filling in details and working out the usual character and plot development. It may become a novella about a young swashbuckling space cadet who ends up in a different place than he expected.
