  • I will not draw excessive bodily fluids.
  • I will not draw hate art.
  • Diaper (soiled or dirtied.)
  • Bestiality
  • Un-birthing/Internal shots

Important Notices :

I have the right to refuse service to anyone at any given time.

There will be a set number of commission slots based by their category. Information will be found in my commissions Journal (to be linked later). I will have only that amount available at any given time. If you wish to further inquire or claim a spot on a commission then I will put you into the waiting list.

I do not work in order of commissioned. It is not that I do not care to keep the order its due to what inspires me the most, and which will be the quickest t be finished.

Your commission Will/Maybe posted to other sites and galleries, based upon the situational purposes of the commission. If you wish for the image to be a private image then let me know before hand so that I can abide by your request.

The piece you commission from me is officially yours. With proper accreditation you may post it to other galleries, role-play with it, and print it for personal use. Use it to what ever your heart desires EXCEPT you are not permitted to sell the artwork as merchandise. If you wish to do so then please contact me to discuss the matter legally. (Exception to statement above: If you are selling the character design and wish to include the art you may do so without discussing with me.)

If you wish to remain anonymous from a commission piece please speak up, if not your name will be placed on the post. This includes if you bought it for someone else or just yourself.

I DO NOT allow other artists to color my sketches or line art without my consent. So please do not commission me for a sketch then go and commission someone else to finalize it without proper consent.

Payment :

  • Payment must be received, in full, before work may begin.
  • I am open for discussing split payments on commissions over $60.
  • Methods of payment accepted: Paypal USD only. ALL PayPal payments will be done via invoice, and will be charged a tax for tax purposes.
  • Please be ready to send payment within 48 hours of my acceptance of your commission. If your payment is delayed beyond the date of agreement your commission will be moved back down the waiting list.. Failure to make the payment within a month of the agreed date, without proper contact and you will be removed from the list completely.
  • DO NOT send a payment without approval of the commission first. Any thing that has not been accepted as a commission is considered a donation. I would not like to have any confusion in the process.

Timeframe :

• The normal expected turnaround time may vary. It varies depending on how busy I am. Turn around time will also depend on the complexity and type of the commission. If you are having concerns about your commission, or just want an update on how it’s coming along, please contact me via email Vandrkottr[at]gmail.com or note and feel free to ask! I don't bite and I'd rather you contact me than be going crazy and worrying about your commission.
• Deadlines are accepted within a reasonable time. If you set a deadline, please discuss this with me in advance to see if I can accommodate you. I will do my best to my discretion to deliver your commission by the set due date.

Work in Progress :

• Work In Progress (WIP) pictures will be given very often during the process and when asked for.

• The point of Work In Progress is so that you can let me know if there needs to be any changes done to the commission. Revisions are made easier during the sketch and inking phase. Major revisions will not be done after the coloring has started.

Commissions Stages :

Rough Sketch:
During this stage a rough sketch is given to you in order for you to check if you like the composition as a whole. If your character should be bigger or smaller, or you wish to alter the background in any way. It’s still very early, so details aren’t that important. I just want to make sure the general mood and idea/shape is correct.
Detailed Sketch:
Detailed sketches are a lot cleaner and more refined. You can ask for the modifications you would like on this which includes: expression, body type, pose, background, ect. If there are details that are specific to your character, details such as: glasses, horns, jewelry, trinkets, ect, this is the last chance you will have to make sure that these are included in your picture.. Once this stage has been approved, the next stage of work will begin on your commission.
Linework:
Only minor modifications are accepted in this stage. Coloring will begin upon approval of the linework.
Coloring (Completed:
You will receive final and finished piece. In this stage, line art can longer be changed and very little will be modified. If you notice any mistakes I may have made on your character’s markings or minor things related to color, Id be happy to fix it for you.

Revisions :

Revisions will ONLY be done before the final inking stage so Please be sure to make sure that the detailed sketch is the way you want it. MINOR edits can be made after lining stage. If I have made a mistake please let me know ASAP and please do it calmly and I will fix the mistakes I personally made.

Returns and Cancelations :

  • I retain the right to decline or cancel your commission at any time.
  • You may also cancel your commission at any time.
  • If the commission is cancelled, you will be refunded based on the amount of work I have already completed.
  • If the image is completed, you may not ask for a refund.
  • Rude customers will be refunded for work not completed and barred from future commissions.

Copyright :

  • I retain the copyright to my works, even if the characters belong to you. This means I may post or distribute commissioned work online, and make digital or hard copies for archive, promotion or sale.
  • You may post any work I do for you anywhere, unaltered, with copyright info intact and credit given to me in the description.
  • If you are interested in a "private" commission (not posted online, no prints made, etc.), please let me know ahead of time.
  • The client is allowed, and urged, to print the finished work for personal, non-commercial use.

Yes, you may post it anywhere, so long as credit is given!
Am I understanding that, were you to commission me, you would like your commission not posted to FA at all? (Cause that'd be fine)
