Prices

No Tail Necklace/Keychain - $10-$15
Just an animal/character's face. For avians, simple wings will be included. No dangling tail. This is my basic necklace design. Price depends on sculpting and painting complexity.

Dangle Tail Necklace/Keychain - $15-$20
Animal/character's face with a tail charm that dangles from the face charm. This is the basic price range for this type, with no extra add ons. Price depends on sculpting and painting complexity.

Additional Sculpted Extras - +$2-$5 each
Extra sculpted bits like multiple tails, character's hair (rather than the basic bald animal head), wings for non-avians, or complex wings for avians, and any other additional sculpted pieces that I deem necessary to make the piece in your character's likeness as much as possible.

Findings (Necklace Chain/Keychain) - Free!
Whatever you want the charms attached to, whether it be necklace or keychain, as those are the only findings I currently have. Asking for a commission without any finding will not lower the price of the commission.

First Class Shipping - +$3.00 in the US / +$7.00 International
The basic shipping option. Takes about a week to arrive within the US and between 2 weeks to a month in my experience Internationally.

Priority Shipping - +$6 in the US / +$25 International
Faster shipping option that comes with Tracking inside the United States, and Insurance. Takes 2-5 days within the US and 6-10 days Internationally.

Terms of Service

Content

• I DO NOT under any circumstances create Mature or Adult artwork. The exception is blood, and sometimes a little gore, but nothing excessive, and certainly nothing fetishy. Sorry, no dangling dick charms. It's just something I won't do for my own personal reasons. If you have any questions on whether I would or would not sculpt something, please feel free to ask me.
• I will sculpt any animal, please just ask. I am iffy on humans at this time, so please be patient with me if I take longer or run into lots of snags along the way.

Timeliness

• As all of my pieces are sculpted, painted, and glazed by hand, they can take some time to finish, especially since I am also a full time student. Please understand that any commission can take up to 2 weeks to complete, unless stated otherwise. If it takes longer than expected, I will be sure to let you know.
• This means, please do not ask me for constant updates. I will provide you with updates on the completion of your piece as they arise. If I am constantly badgered about completing the piece faster, I have every right to cancel the commission.

Payment

• Payment for a piece can either be through Paypal, or my Etsy shop.
• If you wish to pay through my Etsy shop, and thus with a Credit Card, I will be willing to create a reserved listing for you in the shop. Etsy requires that you have an Etsy account to order anything, so it is up to you which method you would prefer.
• I require full payment upon accepting a commission, unless we discuss otherwise. Under normal circumstances, I will not begin a commission until I have received payment.
• As my pieces are physical objects shipping costs are required. Thus, you must be comfortable with giving me your address to ship the finished product to you.

Refunds + Shipping Issues

• If I have not started working on your commission, I would be willing to offer a full refund.
• If I have started on your commission I would be willing to offer a half refund.
• If I have completed your commission, I cannot give you a refund. If the commission was of a regular animal species and not a specific character design, I have every right to then sell that item. I will not sell canceled commissions of fursonas and personal characters.
• If a commission is lost in the mail, please understand that this is the Postal Service's mistake, and not mine. Feel free to bring up the issue with them. Depending on what was lost, I would be willing to make a new one, but I do not offer monetary refunds for items lost in the mail. If you are concerned about the Postal Service losing packages, feel free to ask for additional shipping charges for tracking or insurance. Unfortunately, there is no tracking for International orders.
• If a commission arrives broken or damaged, you must send me photographic proof of this, and then mail me the broken piece within 10 days of receiving the package. I will be willing to make a new one or give a refund upon receiving the original piece. I will refund the shipping involved when you mail the broken piece back to me.
