    But the application form says

    i can draw anything general rated or mature

    where, "Mature" would indeed include artistic nudity including depictions of sexual arousal according to Weasyl's Content Ratings

    Secondly! Again from your ToS:

    A 15% service fee will be added to the final price (Included in base price on commission page)

    Does that mean one hour would be the said $35 or actually $40.25 in total?

      my ToS refers to FAs gen to mature ToS which does NOT include arrousal in ature ratings.
      its also about the artists comfort. im personally trying to get away from the porn industy so will not draw it further.
      nudity, suggestive and romance however is okay.

      the fee is already included in this offer. id rather not have to deal with it for the hourly rate. so no its just the 35 in total.
      being my first week doing this is a bit of a trial run to see if its a good deal for both buyer and myself. ^^ im certain i can deliver though.
      as i said in the journal above the examples i showed for the hour usually takes me 45 minutes to a hour and costs 45 dollars so this is a good deal. ^^

        I also remember you having a problem with hermaphroditic characters? Does that still apply?

          i usually censor the lower parts of herms. so in a artistic nudity image you would see nips and boobs but no package or anything.
          i tend to have family that sees my art on twitter tumblr and occassionaly FA so i prefer not to post blatent herm art.

            Nhnn~ I suppose that does apply to transsexual characters in general?
            What do you mean by censor it? "Barbie doll nudity"? If I'd ask you to censor it in a more elegant way (e.g. via pose/point of view or with an accessory) - would that be alright?
