When you commission me you automatically agree to this ToS, i advise all commissioners to read my ToS. If you have a Personal ToS it becomes null and void.

Terms of Service
(applies to ANY art bought from me!)

The Artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right of distribution, (IE making prints)
and retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal.
The Client may not commercially distribute art.
The Artist or Client are the only ones allowed to color linearts Shade or edit image in anyway (watermark must be untouched at all times)
The Client may not distribute, reproduce, modify, print or sell the Artist's work for monetary gain unless granted written permission.
The Client may not exhibit the Artist's work in any online/offline art gallery, personal website, or journal as their own. Credit must be given to the artist.
Do not remove the Artist's signature or logo when it is placed.
Do not upload works on sites NOT meant for art, character discussion, and related to furries.

I want a commisison... I DO WHAT?!
to inquire about pricing do the following

Wait for a journal with a link to a form, fill out the form as neatly as possible.

ALL commissions are artistic freedom, if you have something in mind you may request it but overall poses are the artists choice as well as perspective.
Feel free to ask for updates and for me to show you the work in progress. (a charge will apply after a sketch phase wip unless offered by the artist)
If your not present in stream or do not ask for wips i am not responsible for incorrect character interpretations. I offer wips and sometimes streaming of commissions but cannot spend a month hunting you down i will email you and if there is no reply in 24 hours i will progress with the art or push you down the line. if you did not send in form for the commission you have no say in edits after posted. i will make up to 2 SMALL edits otherwise edits may cost extra (IE whiskers, missing spot, wrong color eyes) after image is finished i will email you the files after 12 hours all edits are an additional cost. i do not always upload my commissions so please grab it from email.
I will no longer do commissions without a visual ref UNLESS its a reference sheet commission or otherwise stated by me.

Payment

A 15% service fee will be added to the final price (Included in base price on commission page) . this is my full time job.
If you are a texas resident you will need to pay a sales tax. Only applies to texas commissioners.

i will take money orders. but the commission is not confirmed till arrival and all prices are in USD(not responsible for lost money in the mail).

payment is due when artist requests payment or sends invoice, which is usually 1-7 days after comunication, proof of purchase required for amazon payments. (due to trolls and thiefs i would rather be safe and my gallery and review page will reassure you that i am indeed a honest artist.)
full refunds are not applicable. 10-50% partial refunds can be discussed but hours of work will be taken out i average at 25-30 a hour and time myself.
as the artist i retain the right to cancel a order and partially refund you, in other words DO NOT pester me or be rude after i have started your commission.

the list seen here is my tips option if you loved my work and service i would love a gift. it is also a second form of payment if you do not like or wish to use paypal.

you may not SELL the characters
you MAY give the characters away if the reciever agrees to my Tos then please comment BELOW informing me of new ownership.
if i see anyone has sold a character ive made i will black list, and contact them and inform them of my ToS if nessasary i will take legal action.
-the character is yours to do with as you please, do not use art by my for monitary gain.
EGGS & AUCTIONS have a 15% fee added to the final price.
COOKIE CUTTERS will have a 15% fee added UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.

ADULT COLORING BOOK RULES
-DO NOT UPLOAD WITHOUT FIRST COLORING THE IMAGES!
-DO NOT remove edit or color over the "lines by purplepardus"
-i would appreciate credit for my lines, but you may do whatever you wish without breaking the rules with said art, if you do you will automatically be reported for art theft, and black-listed!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICE REFLECTS THE SPEED IN WHICH YOU RECIEVE YOUR ART! I WORK FAST AND MY HOURLY RATE IS 25-40 AN HOUR DEPENDING ON HOW CLEAR YOUR EMAIL IS WILL CHANGE HOW FAST I WORK BUT THE PRICE YOU PAY IS IN DIRRECT RELATION TO THE SPEED IN WHICH YOU RECIEVE YOUR COMMISSION!
