So, you might have noticed that I've been away a tad longer than FA was.
You might also have noticed that the recent pic was traditional, rather than the digital stuff I was doing up to then. And those of you in the stream Monday might remember that the Renamermaidmon pic wasn't looking like this when I was drawing it digitally.

Well, that's because my computer exploded.

Not in the cool Michael-Bay way that things explode¹ but in the slow kind of "well, I'm your CPU fan but I don't feel like doing this anymore, I'm moving to Hollywood to be an actor" sort of way that just ends up with my heatsink waiting a table at an Applebee's for the rest of its life.

My replacement heatsink and fan (which has power but no life ambition, like a high school quarterback), arrived Friday, and I spent much of Friday trying to install it and revive what I later determined -with the help of three friends²- to be a kaput cpu.

I'm being told that I should upgrade my cremated AMD Phenom II Thuban Black Processor to either an i5 or an i7, which will require a new motherboard to accompany it, as well as a new 120Gb SATA drive for my OS, so my work on the old drive won't get compromised by the new install.

And varying other computery points. I won't profess to understand it all- but there are a couple things I do understand:
1) My shit's broke.
2) I need new shit.
3) $400-$700, son.

So, here's what I'm doing right now:

1) I'm working on the remaining pics from last week's Monster Run; if you haven't been attended to already, you will. But it will be traditional, rather than digital. Uploads will be sporadic, but I will not be sending out invoices for them until they are done, scanned and uploaded. So if you get a bill, it means yours is completed, and I just need to hop on Azh's computer again to upload it. I can generally do that early in the morning before she gets up, or late evening when she goes to bed. Or while she's at work.
2) [b]Hawkbit and Ultimawolf0[/b] I haven't forgotten about your SwatKats YCHs. Hawk, I'll be redo-ing what we were talking about traditionally, rather than digitally, as I don't know when I'll be able to get my computer restored, IF I'll be able to get my computer restored. Ultima, I haven't started doing yours digitally yet, so I guess there's no loss there >_> I'll get to both of yours to finalized sketch form this coming week hopefully probably maybe- buuuuuut I don't know when colouring will be feasible. Lemme know if you're okay with (continued) waiting, or if you're pissed off at me and want me to go to bad artist jail for taking as long as I have done. I'm very sorry.
3) I'm still working on last week's monster list- as it was cut rather short for the aforementioned reasons- and I'll continue to do what I can traditionally. If you don't want me to do your piece traditionally and would rather wait, just let me know, and I'll toss yours on the bottom of the pile until this is sorted out.
