Contact:

I am always open so you don't have to ask ;)

Please contact me through notes or my journals here on FA.
If you would prefer, you may also contact me with details through my art related email.

EITHER WAY YOU MUST CONTACT ME HERE FIRST!

I only check that email once or so a week or even month, and just a shout that says "check your email" helps. If FA is down, I will check my email, but my deviant art is also listed and you can always message me there if I do not respond.

deltadraws[at]gmail.com

  • This is NOT my paypal email mk? This is strictly for those wishing for privacy concerns of "monitoring notes"

When Contacting:

  1. Give me a general "Idea" of what you want... but after the initial contact we can get into the details of your soon to be artwork/s. Right now the start should be something like these examples, and perhaps my wait time. Please mention lightly if you have wings or any major markings. Its not an extra charge, it just helps me figure out what is best for you.

Examples:
"I would like an art deco invitation card"
"I would like an extremely detailed ______ commission of _______"
"I would like a pencil/watercolor/marker/pen commission of _____"
"I would like an erotic couple pin up"

When I reply back with the wait, and a quote, this is when you reply back with all the mega details and use my form if you wish. I do like it for having if you are not a returning buyer.

Fill out my form~

Payment

• I take payment through Paypal (USD).

• I take Square in person at events unless I know you/are local.

• *Those that know me may snail-mail or meet me locally for cash or personal check.

• If you do not have Paypal, I will still try to work with you. If you really want art from me, it will be case by case and at my discretion. I am okay with, say, you buying something like amazon wishlist stuff, but that again is fairly case by case.

General: http://amzn.com/w/Y4YJ5FDWTOYP

If you buy me any long term supply like an office supply (scanner, tablet), or large crafting utility that I currently need, you get an automatic long term discount, so it's worthwhile to check my lists.

** If you are a return buyer, you are welcome to just go ahead and send me the money Specially if its a repeat of little things like ACEO or cards.

  1. After you pay, you will be added to my commission list, which will be on my profile or journal/trello.

Other Info

• When I get to yours, you have the option of seeing a sketch, if you requested it and it is not one of the exclusions. Otherwise it is done in one sitting.

• I will put your characters names with the account associated down if you like in the summary when uploaded, but usually I just link to your page alone, you must request this of me.

I offer discounts for ability to sell prints of work of your character, like a permanent percentage off my commissions, one free original for each dollar amount cap that we agree on is reached, please inquire, but it is generally something I will approach you about. (Your character would always be credited, and I will always respect this opportunity, and I may not even sell much, it is purely the highest compliment I can give)

Deadlines:

• I prefer not to work with deadlines. I am a quick artist, but bulk art is not quick when you want my quality work.

I am of course willing to accept due dates, provided the commissioner gives me adequate time to work, but if there was not deadline requested ahead of time...you may end up refunded or with half finished work.

Head's Up

• Discount commissions are NOT full commissions. The point of the discount slots is to be a win/win for both of us, not a win/lose. This goes for all Bundle or Bulk orders. "Full color" varies in quality for ALL discount and bulk orders from a full price piece. Warm ups and journal sketches are just that, its more a grab bag situation.

*Please do not commission me for a discounted slot then try to add in more characters unless that discount was intended for multiple characters, or you are prepared to take a new quote to be upgraded out of the discount slot.

• I am always worth haggling with, but please do not abuse this kindness. If you can afford my going rates, seriously don't haggle, it just makes me depressed. :P

Uploads

• I retain the right to not submit your art to my gallery. I will directly send scans in every case but convention art. I may only select one from a Bundle, or submit works all in one large dump.

I clean out my commissions often, to keep my gallery fresh and to reflect my art direction. I move lots of art to scraps to keep my front page full of features of various styles. It doesn't mean I don't like your commission. Most of my good stuff is mixed into both folders. I always will have the scans saved for up to a year or longer. I am always willing to email them if you were offline and missed your chance.

Shipping:

• I do ship, and I am willing to ship international, but I do not pay for the shipping myself.

• I ship in sturdy envelopes, or a box, and I try my best not to use priority shipping for artwork but sometimes it's the best fit. I am also willing to bundle your artwork for a priority box to fill it up if you are not in a rush for originals.[/u]

For domestic in the USA I ship usually on off days from work. If you have a time frame for shipping let me know.

• I will send USPS. I can use UPS, or FedEX but you must let me know. I can't do that as often.

For International I do not pay this either, and it is up to you if you want it sent by the flat rate boxes (which is expensive but often standard), or just regular mail/first class. I do not send UPS or FedEX international.

In some countries you will know your customs more than I will. Let me know about your shipping if you are concerned. I always label art as a gift when it is going to certain countries for ease of customs. If that bothers you I will not. I have found that my artwork has had safer results in more restrictive customs that way.

Refunds:

• I do not give refunds and I know that is not PP kosher, please be a responsible buyer. If you worked a full day at your job, would you allow your boss not to pay you because they were not happy with your days work? I will exchange or redo work but do not charge back. PERIOD.

• The only time a refund would be issued is for some reason I, personally cannot finish the project, or if you as commissioner become overly difficult (In this case you may even be banned as well. I really doubt that would happen but...) I have as of 2014 only given one.

If in the rare case of this, I will prorate the unfinished project and refund according to that. I am not a hard-ass about this, but please be prepared for your purchase, and please be aware of my art style and do not push me.

If I refund you or request to do so, please understand this is also my right and doesn't have to be accompanied with an excuse.

$$$ Copyright and Usage: $$$

• You retain all rights of your original characters (that I did not design/make up for sketches. Those are mine).

• I retain the rights to exhibit works in personal or promotional venues (such as my eventual personal website, portfolios, and or convention tables). I offer discounts for ability to sell prints of work of your character, like a permanent percentage off my commissions, one free original for each dollar amount cap that we agree on is reached.

• You, as the Commissioner, are free to exhibit art and use in self representation (such as icons, etc) with credit to Me.

**Commissioned, Traded, Gifted works are for Personal Use ONLY. **

• Works are not to be reproduced en mass or used for profit or in "free" ebooks or fiction collections of any nature. Please contact Me for information involving Commercial Art. I do check regularly for abuse and have taken legal action (and will again).

I reserve the right to refuse Commissions for any reason.

Thanks for your time!
