Just received this forwarded e-mail from my roommate Henry, regarding my cousin:

Hi Henry. Just a quick update. (name removed)'s kidney and infection are a little better. Her heart rate has improved. However there is a large amount of cancer in her abdomen. And before they can even start chemo-therapy for that, the infection needs to be stabilized and she needs to be off the respirator, etc. So it's going to be a long road for her recovery. The chemo will make her weaker, before it gets rid of the lymphoma. You can tell anybody that needs to know. As always, please pray for her recovery.

sigh I'm really worried now.
