FA doesn't allow raffles
you know
as actual raffles

and neither does Weasyl

and considering they apparently think that it's okay to up punishment for hosting
up to suspending accounts (speaking about FA here not Weasyl)
I've switched all hosting to DA as they don't seem to have a problem with it when I checked their TOS and etiquette.

So DA has the only journal up about this now.
