Alrighty, taking a risk on a new product! by Cani Lupine

I've been looking at these Pulstar Pulse Plugs (Website: http://www.pulstar.com/ ) for quite a while now, which like many other things, advertise more power and better fuel economy, but most stuff like that isn't anything more than snake oil.

I've scoped out the videos, the dyno results, and user reviews, and decided to go ahead and try them for myself. Normally, I stick with Autolite copper spark plugs, which have worked very well for my cars, but if these do actually produce a stronger spark to burn all the fuel in the combustion chamber, then it might be worth a shot. I'll be installing them after the next tank of gas to isolate the changes made by the Seafoam piston soak I did last night, as well as some Lucas injector cleaner/upper cylinder lube in this tank.

Optimistically, I hope they'll nudge me above the 50 MPG tank average barrier I keep flirting with. I currently get around 46 with mixed driving, and as low as 42 recently with the poor weather. This next week is supposed to be fairly clear, so we'll see if they'll finally get me over!
