So. This Christmas was very good... Until every Christmas day... Well, moving on from that...
This year in terms of our family issues we surprisingly didn't have as many arguments as usual, so that was good as well as even the pyjamas I received this year were cool. I got a wolf with a fucking scarf on! :D
Aside from that I received other things, money, The Inbetweeners box set (because my nan's the best) and a Bamboo drawing tablet that I've been wanting for, like, half of my life... Which is now the bane of my very existence...
I have installed the software, turned it the right way around (because I'm left-handed) and every thing seems fine... Until I tried to draw with it... I have adjusted the settings so the pen is easier to use but... I am having difficulty using it. I mean I do so much as draw with the tablet and the drawing doesn't seem to suit the location I am actually pressing on the tablet (yes I've configured the settings). But, considering I've only had it for a day and I can draw a basic canine head in my style says something. (Either I'm pretty good at learning and am already getting better used to this technology. Or I draw like a retard).
So, I was wondering.. Do any of you have any hints or tips, aside from practice drawing with it, please?
Ahh, yeah, I acquired it Christmas from my parents actually :3
:O You would? Thank you so much. That would be very helpful, thank you ^^
Nice C: Well, I mean, I'm used to the old Intuos 2 Wacom models so I don't know what I can say that can be of MUCH use, but I can give you a few hinters I guess c':
You gotta practice sketching first, say, on MS Paint or something, watch where the cursor travels, if it's the one that recognises the pad size as the screen, then it's one of those weird ones that I don't understand haha, as mine just acts as some form of optical mouse ~

Here's a tip - don't use Bamboo
They're not the best of tablets but if it's the only one you got, I'm willing to give you a few tips <33
