Stage 1: Get off computer, go do night stuff. (Shower, brush teeth, make faces in mirror)
Stage 2: Check computer again before shutting it down. Go to living room for water/milk/bedtime snack I shouldn't be eating.
Stage Three: Check tablet. Drink beverage and take meds.
Stage D: Turn off tablet. Turn off lights.
Stage V: Browse net on phone until eyes hurt.
Stage Seis: ACTUALLY GO TO BED.
