This will sound drab to most of you. XD by GuzzleMuzzle

I'm modding my Skyrim now. :)

I don't have many "high end graphics" sandbox games, and I've seen some really cool ones in the recent years. I know most people modded their Skyrims right at launch, XD but I realize that overmodding a sandbox game is "a thing". I only slightly experienced that with the original Oblivion GotY back in 2009/2010 when trying to properly install its excellent "Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul" mod. But modding Oblivion could be a real pain, and most people who've tried can attest to that.

I was surprised to see how very convenient it is, in many cases, to mod Skyrim, where you just go to the Steam Workshop, "subscribe" to a mod, and the next time you load the standard Skyrim launcher, it automatically "installs" the mod for you. That's pretty cool. But that's coming from a troglodytic old gamer who's so familiar with older games that newer conveniences 'wow' him... XD <3

I never beat Skyrim nor Oblivion, and Morrowind still boasts several things I've never before seen nor read before. But regardless, I was still adding a few mods to the previous two games of 2006 and 2001; mostly just cosmetic or aesthetic change mods, or overhauls that enhance the vanilla experience. Very old news, but the "Pure Waters" mod and ( you will laugh... ) SkyUI are really cool, along with others I'm seeing, but I'm not exactly foaming at the mouth at the idea of turning my Skyrim into Zelda just yet... :/ (Never mind "boring" things like mod compatibility and stable mod releases. I'm not foaming at the mouth at the idea of riding around on a giant Rainbow Dash either. Lol.).

I'm loving what I'm seeing. Like Oblivion, I've only so barely scratched the surface of Skyrim, and the mods I'm seeing are very attractive.

Been listening to more dubstep, more older or "fairly older" music that friends know about, and been looking up new music and music that's very alien to me - generally getting back into the throes of art love. It always starts with music, since music was the very first thing that hooked me so deeply when it came to games, my love of text starting with books before video games furthered it. And who so utterly detests pretty visuals?

I'm hoping to enter back into that "old, raw, beastly" mentality that's seen my written works so appreciated by some folks of the furry fandom. =) <333

I'm going to be more focused on stuff that can be found in the Steam Workshop before I even think about possibly getting neck deep into an over-modded dilemma all because of loverslab.com, LOL. XD

And that wasn't a mod. It was..."resources" for modders... XD
